It’s waterproof and does come with the rugged in-line wheels, easy to open press & pull latches (5), double layer soft grip handles and an automatic pressure regulation vortex valve. Made of lightweight durable HOX resin. Interior measurements are 29.5” high by 17” wide by 12.5” deep. Exteriors are a half inch bigger each way. Pelican is the professional industry standard.
