The SMC Pentax-A 50mm f/2 is a fully manual "nifty fifty" with compact, lightweight build. Optical Performance: At f/2 it is a bit soft and prone to some vignetting, but stepping down to f/4-f8 results in tack-sharp images. Colors & Contrast: Features the Pentax SMC (Super Multi-Coated) glass, which yields great contrast and color fidelity, especially for landscapes and street photography. A-Setting: This lens has an "A" (Auto) setting on the aperture ring, therefore it integrates with the shutter priority and program modes of modern digital Pentax bodies. Comes with hood and back cap.
